About Us

We are a Family run butchers specialising in Welsh Beef, Salt Marsh Lamb, Local Free Range Pork and Bacon. We are located in the heart of Ffairfach, just outside the colourful market town of Llandeilo in the Towy Valley. Our meat is sourced from local suppliers, farms that have supplied our business for many years. The supply chain is very direct from farm, to shop, to you.

We produce homemade sausages and burgers, home cooked meats and pies. We also stock a variety of preserves and Welsh cheese. In addition we stock a wide range of Game when in season including local estate venison.
